Take a good look at who is successful in MLM, and you will see they are all leaders. The only way you can become a leader is to find someone who will follow your lead. At the same time, there's a fight for your soul, a battle you can never win. And so long as that war goes on, it's pretty darned hard for you to get gung-ho about anything. So how do you find and harness the good, pure belief you really need in order to lead a large group to network marketing success? Believe it or not, it's simple. What This Business Is All About.
I got an email from someone today. I don't know where they got my address, probabaly off some list they purchased. But the person starts in on how their business opportunity is the "Best". In fact they're so sure of it, they say they'll join someone else's business if it can be shown to be better.
If I had a nickel for everytime I got that one. But here's the thing. I don't know these people from Adam. With that in mind, how far do you think I can trust them? And being put on the spot like that really doesn't give me too many warm feelings about them. Know, Like & Trust.
People join people.
Sure there are tons of company's out there with great products. But ultimately, people join you because of the relationship you have with them. The person that sponsored me built that relationship. She gained my trust as I began to get to know her and I like doing business with people like that. I believe the majority of people in this world like it that way.
So keep this in mind when you're out looking for prospects. It's not about you and your wonderful company. It's about them and thier needs. He that can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot walks a lonely way.

BUYING A HOME
Mentoring For Free….Is a training program where YOU are taught and
educated about a chosen career, in this instance it is about MLM /

If YOU have chosen Network Marketing as a career and YOU genuinely
want to build YOURSELF a lifelong, leave it to YOUR children's
children successful business, well, then YOU need to understand a few
things through being educated in the pros, cons, the good and the bad
of the industry before YOU sign on that business contract dotted line.
WHY.? Well, consider for a moment the statistics, that 98% of people
who get into Network Marketing FAIL, is a TRUE statistic and an
accurate figure.
So with those numbers and statistics in mind, WHY on earth would
anybody ever touch the industry..?
Let me ask YOU a question: Would YOU buy a house if YOU were told by
the property / estate agent that there is a 98% chance of it falling
down once YOU started living in it..?
Yeah, but what if YOU saw the most beautiful home. Everything about it
was exactly what YOU were looking for and before YOU even found out
about its foundation YOU fell deeply in love with it. I mean… Oh My
God… this is it, this is YOUR dream home.!
Then YOU discover the bad news about the land and the foundation
stones / pillars it is built on. YOU are now told that there is no way
you can stop the land subsidence on that property. So no matter what,
it is going to fall down. Would YOU still buy it because YOU have so
strongly fallen in love with it.?
Or would YOU listen to the experts' advice and experience even though
it will be a bit emotionally painful .?
What if you bought it before YOU found that hidden information out,
how would YOU feel?
Listen: I am sure we have all fallen in love with things before we get
the facts….OUCH.. !
So how can we make sure that we DON'T get ripped off by people selling
houses that are made to look good on the outside..? Well, we need more
information first, before we fall in love with it and buy it.
Fortunately for us here in the (UK) and I think most other well
developed countries have laws that protect the buyer.
Houses that are to be sold have to have all the information (the good
and the bad) of the property disclosed, especially if it is a main
structural problem so that people who are buying know EXACTLY what
they are buying and the kind of repairs that have to be done before
they decide to buy the home.
Properties can have many problems that can be quite easily repaired.
But one structure problem you don't need is bad foundations, including
the ground they are laid on which is all part of the foundations of
YOUR home.
YOU need to know that the foundation stones / pillars and ground that
they are laid on are solid. These things show up on property surveys.
You might not know much about these things YOURSELF, but when you are
looking to buy a new home YOU will be informed by YOUR property agent
or estate agent what YOU have to have before YOU can buy that nice
house YOU are looking at. These things are put in place to protect us
on all angles.
And because of this simple proven system of having to have a property
properly surveyed, just about everybody who buys a home does it with
the assurance that the foundations and main structure of the house is
solid and in good order.
Now because many of us do NOT know much about these things we need
people who have that knowledge to educate and make us aware when we
are buying a property and to show us any structural deficiencies in
the property.
Let me ask you another question: What if we DIDN'T have the laws that
protect the buyer or the experienced people showing us what we need to

kinds of mistakes and ensures a continued high statistic success rate
massively reducing and even stopping the failure rate.
If we have chosen Network Marketing as our lifelong career, then isn't
it reasonable to treat it just like we would if we were buying a
home.? Don't we all want the safety margins in place like we do when
buying a home?
Don't we want to ensure a continued high statistic success rate that
massively reduces and even stops the failure rate?

Being Rich
The article below was sent to me and I
believe it gives some of the "Best" word pictures

People spend their entire lives chasing things:
Possessions, cars, other people. We might chase
relationships, love or security. We might chase
money and position.And then,we finally get these
things - some of us get that love, the gorgeous
model, a big house or six figure income.
Then we think we're really rich. This society is
based on the idea that if you're a millionaire,
or have lots of stuff, you are rich.
But I'm going to give you a whole different version
of what I consider being rich. Because I'm rich¦I'm
rich in every aspect of my life. Financially, I'm
fine. Emotionally, I kick butt. I have friends I
love; I have friends all over the world.
My soul is enriched every single day by the things
that I do - because I only do things that I love.
I've got the most fantastic dog in the world. I work
with people who are fantastic and amazing. I get to
travel to places, I get to do things, and I get to
experience a full range of life.
I lead a rich lifestyle, because everything that I
do makes me feel rich - rich as a human being. But
the greatest thing about being rich is that you
absolutely love yourself.
You love everything about yourself. I'm not talking egotistically รข€" not walking around with a big ego
saying,"I'm the greatest person in the entire world"
- not that at all.
What I'm saying is that you are content with who you
are - you've accepted all the things about you - you
believe in yourself, and in your little nuances.
Maybe you have skinny legs, or bad hair or your eyes
cross a bit - whatever it might be. You've embraced
all of your insecurities.
You can look at yourself in the mirror everyday and
say, "Life is an amazing gift. Every second of every
day I'm going to spend living my life, experiencing
my life and being an active participant in my life."
That's the definition of rich.
There are people who will always have more money than
you,and there will be people who will always have more
things than you.But the fact is that loving yourself,
and spoiling yourself in little ways, is what's
important.
For instance, go out and buy yourself something you
really like --if you can afford it--embrace it and
do it. Get out there and have dinner with a friend
you haven't seen in a long timeshare your heart and
your soul--that's a rich experience.
Everybody should lead a rich lifestyle. It doesn't
take money.We always want other things. People think,
"I'm going to be happy as soon as I get better skills,
or "I'm going to be happy if I can fall in love."
Or there are women on the inter-net approaching forty
thinking, "I need a family or I won't be happy." You
know what? You're not happy right now!
So you're going to attract all the wrong people, and
you're not going to live a very rich lifestyle.For a
lot of people, the idea of being rich is to accumulate
things.
That's how they believe they will reach an acceptance
of themselves, and contentment. But I always say you
become happier and more comfortable with yourself by
learning to let go of everything you thought you
needed.
Learn to let go of everything,your fears,your desires,
and everything else, so you can find the true essence
of yourself. Once you do, you find out who you truly
are.
Once you get there, it's just easier.
When you believe in yourself, you realize that you
are perfect as you are.
You're not the BEST -there's a big difference between
accepting you are perfect just the way you are,, and
delusional belief you are better than everyone else.
You're not the best.
No one is the best in everything in all ways. But
you are perfect as you were created. You're perfect
as you are.
Everything you need to succeed and be happy in life
is in you. You just have to rediscover it, if some
thing clouded that part of you before. Whatever that
was,you can still re-discover the you, you already
had.
Don't keep adding more things to your life. Define,
realize and accept who you truly are, right now.

What is a mentor and how can I and MFF help you?
That leads to my question. What is a mentor? A mentor according to Wikipedia is:
1. A wise and trusted counselor or teacher.
2. An influential senior sponsor or supporter.
-Verb (used without object)
3. To act as a mentor: She spent years mentoring to junior employees.
-Verb (used with object)
4. To act as a mentor to: The brash young executive did not wish to be mentored by anyone.
So we understand what it means according to Wikipedia, but my real question is this. Do you have a mentor or are you aimlessly wandering through life wondering why things keep happening to you the way they do? I am fortunate in the fact that I have always had some sort of support and a mentor to look up to. In my journey through life things have not always been, well lets say, easy. I have come full circle with most of my demons. I am still working out the kinks but that is what makes life so great.
What I have done all 0f my life, is take all of my failures, disappointments, and mistakes that I have made thus far and I learned from them. Now please do not misunderstand me I am by no means perfect, and believe you me, I have made some whoppers! But I found a new friend and mentor along the way, by the name of Michael Dlouhy. He wrote an amazing book entitled, Success in 10 Steps. I would have never met him if it was not for my other great friend and mentor Phil Snelman. He has believed in and helped me every step of the way on my new path that I am on. They remind me every day that I am perfect just the way I am.
Why am I sharing this with you? You are probably thinking "Who the heck is Rex Andrews, anyway?" But here is why. These gentlemen along with many other brilliant people that I have met, have inspired me to do for others exactly what they do for me. MENTOR. I am extending to you an olive branch. I would very much like to help you with your success in life. I would like to be that friend and mentor when you need one. I will be your personal cheerleader and when you run into "that person" that says you're crazy, call or email me and I will reassure you that you are not! Some people JUST DON'T GET IT. When you associate yourself with positive people, you have more energy.

So we understand what it means according to Wikipedia, but my real question is this. Do you have a mentor or are you aimlessly wandering through life wondering why things keep happening to you the way they do? I am fortunate in the fact that I have always had some sort of support and a mentor to look up to. In my journey through life things have not always been, well lets say, easy. I have come full circle with most of my demons. I am still working out the kinks but that is what makes life so great.
What I have done all 0f my life, is take all of my failures, disappointments, and mistakes that I have made thus far and I learned from them. Now please do not misunderstand me I am by no means perfect, and believe you me, I have made some whoppers! But I found a new friend and mentor along the way, by the name of Michael Dlouhy. He wrote an amazing book entitled, Success in 10 Steps. I would have never met him if it was not for my other great friend and mentor Phil Snelman. He has believed in and helped me every step of the way on my new path that I am on. They remind me every day that I am perfect just the way I am.
Why am I sharing this with you? You are probably thinking "Who the heck is Rex Andrews, anyway?" But here is why. These gentlemen along with many other brilliant people that I have met, have inspired me to do for others exactly what they do for me. MENTOR. I am extending to you an olive branch. I would very much like to help you with your success in life. I would like to be that friend and mentor when you need one. I will be your personal cheerleader and when you run into "that person" that says you're crazy, call or email me and I will reassure you that you are not! Some people JUST DON'T GET IT. When you associate yourself with positive people, you have more energy.

Eight Years of Silence
Little James Earl was scared. His early years in Mississippi had meant no father because he had left his family to become a prize fighter, and then an actor. It also meant no mother because she had left her son to earn money as a tailor. The Great Depression had stolen his family and now he was about to lose the only life he had known.
His grandparents adopted him and moved north to Michigan. Though his life in Mississippi had been one of abandonment it was all 5 year old James Earl had ever known. The move so traumatized him he developed a stutter.
His first day of school was disaster. His stuttering made his classmates laugh at him. It was the final straw for a frightened little boy. He closed his mouth and simply quit talking. For eight years…
James Earl was completely mute – with the exception of conversations he would have with himself when he was all alone. He found solace in the written word – creating poetry to release the raging in his soul.
As is often the case, one person who saw beyond his limitations, released James Earl from his self-imposed prison. That one person was an English teacher who saw talent in the silent 13 year old. She pushed him beyond his fear by forcing him into public speaking – insisting he recite a poem in front of the class every day.
Can’t you imagine his terror when he first stood in front of his class? What made him do it? Was it only the teacher’s insistence? No. It was a deep desire to break free from his prison and speak all the things that had sat silently in his heart during all those years of silence. He chose to feel the fear – and then do it anyway!
He stuttered. He stammered. He endured the sympathetic and scornful looks of fellow students. He endured the laughing. But he did it. He faced the fear and made himself speak. Day after day. He hung on to the encouragement of the teacher who believed in him. And it worked. His stuttering became less. He learned to control his voice.
His victories made him look for more challenges. James Earl began to take acting lessons. His early lessons in perseverance gave him the courage to push beyond the prejudices against black actors. He chose to take as many different types of roles as he could – stretching his limitations and refusing to be pigeon-holed with any stereotypes.
James Earl Jones is now known for his deep authoritative voice. Perhaps you know him as the voice for Star Wars’ Darth Vader. Or as Mufasa in the Lion King. You see him almost daily on commercials. He has starred on Broadway and been in many movies. He has been laden with Tony, Emmy and Obie Awards.

I'm A Complete Failure, But . . .

others who were in my boat and it worked!

I'm a liitle past my two year anniversary and
as it stands right now as I type this email
we have grown a team of almost 6700 people
and I, a person who couldn't get a single
person to say yes to my business opportunity
over the phone, have recruited 421 people
without picking up the phone.
Crazy huh?
This is good news for you because if I can be
a failure by their standards and still
succeed then so can you.
All you have to do is master the art of
leverage and that's what I'm here for;)

They Are Louder Than Words
Vehicle vanity license plates are fun. Some are cryptic and make you think: Muckle5, C PCZ, AHIMSA. Others are more obvious: (Heart) FPitch, Row Roe, SC99MBA, SOFEDUP.
What we choose to do in public tells a lot about who we are and what our core values are. This is the season for weddings, and I've been to a lot of them over the years and seen many variations on the marriage theme. Some weddings are in backyards, public parks, beaches, mountain meadows, huge cathedrals, living rooms, and tiny chapels. Some couples have taken their vows while scuba diving, parachuting, and mountain climbing.
An acquaintance of mine was recently telling me of her son's wedding plans. He and his bride will be married in a city park that has a small waterfall and stream. She will make her grand entrance walking over a bridge. Not to be up-staged or out-done, he will make his grand entrance via zip wire. The wedding rings will be delivered by an unusual ring bearer -- the groom's pet ferret. And all of this will be done in Renaissance attire.
There is an old saying that goes something like this: I can't hear you because your actions are speaking louder than your words. What are your actions saying about you? To those who are watching you, what you do speaks volumes about what you value and the kind of person you are. Do you think you are helpful, courteous, generous, considerate and kind to others? Step back and objectively look at your lifestyle (and check book) and see if it meshes with what you think. If you see something different, today is the perfect time to start changing! Remember, people don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

This is a very special moment for Dr. Key. He looks out across the friendly and approving faces. He doesn't feel especially deserving of all this fan-fare -- he's just doing what he's passionate about.
He looks at the many young, eager faces -- medical students now ready to begin saving lives as physicians or through medical research.
One this great day, Dr. Key, an alumnus of this Medical University, is attending the university's annual commencement ceremony. He will soon receive an honorary doctorate degree for his many years of outspoken advocacy for the importance of medical research. But more importantly in his mind, Dr. Key gets the chance to speak to these dedicated medical school graduates and challenge them to join him in keeping the importance of medical research before the public eye. He knows in his heart that several in this group will join his life-long crusade.
Dr. Key thinks back over his own long career in research and of his retirement. He chuckles to himself -- retirement? Not hardly! He has spent countless hours of his own time raising awareness for the desperate need for increased medical research.
Dr. Key recalls how he has always encouraged his peers to participate as volunteer advocates for medical research. "It saddens me when I hear of lives lost that may have been saved if only the medical research had been more intensive," thinks Dr. Key. "We are able to save many more lives today -- lives that would have been lost just 50 years ago. This is a direct result of increased research in all areas of medicine."
Dr. Key is brought back to the moment as he hears his name mentioned from the podium -- "He has been an advocate whose efforts have been especially effective in focusing and sustaining the voice of medical research."
As he stands to the applause, Dr. Key hopes this honor will not only challenge these young graduates, but encourage his peers to engage in extra medical pursuits. "It is no longer realistic or appropriate for physicians to stay on the sidelines," Dr. Key will tell this graduating class. "It is their duty as physicians to make a difference in their profession."

"It saddens me when I hear of lives lost that may have been saved if only the medical research had been more intensive," thinks Dr. Key. "We are able to save many more lives today -- lives that would have been lost just 50 years ago. This is a direct result of increased research in all areas of medicine."
Dr. Key is brought back to the moment as he hears his name mentioned from the podium -- "He has been an advocate whose efforts have been especially effective in focusing and sustaining the voice of medical research."
As he stands to the applause, Dr. Key hopes this honor will not only challenge these young graduates, but encourage his peers to engage in extra medical pursuits. "It is no longer realistic or appropriate for physicians to stay on the sidelines," Dr. Key will tell this graduating class. "It is their duty as physicians to make a difference in their profession."

Don't throw away your old pillowcases -- they have all kinds of uses. Trying to gift wrap an odd shaped gift or basketball or soccer ball? Put it in a pillowcase and close with a pretty ribbon. Or how about using them for storage? When it's time to store your winter woolens, put them in a pillow case instead of plastic. Plastic can make them musty smelling and just leaving them in the closet makes them fair game for moths.

To be successful in network marketing, you've got to be a leader. To be a leader, you must have followers. For you to lead, somebody has to follow you. For someone to follow you, they must see you as a leader. They must see you as the person who can lead them from nowhere into the promised land. And why would anyone follow YOU, you ask? It's simple. They follow you because you believe in something. Your passion excites them. Your enthusiasm stokes their inner fire. Because you are a passionate, enthusiastic believer, that puts you way ahead of everyone else. Does it make sense that a passionate, enthusiastic belief can make the difference? A lot of people see it that way, which means you can be an MLM wizard. You have committed yourself to the first part of the "MLM Wizard Formula".

And even if they would, you're at least a bit confused as to where you would lead them. Worse, you have your own moments of self-doubt when you think there's just no way you'll ever get to the place you want in life. Success is so far away, it's almost like a dream. But with the right training and some dedicated effort on your part, "you" as an inspirational leader could be just a few weeks away ... not months or years.
