Persistence

There is no substitute for persistence! It cannot be supplanted by any other quality! Remember this in the beginning and it will hearten you when the going may seem difficult and slow.

Those who have cultivated the habit of persistence seem to enjoy insurance against failure. No matter how many times they are defeated, they finally arrive up near the top of the ladder. Sometimes it appears there is a hidden guide whose duty is to test people through all sorts of discouraging experiences. Those who pick themselves up after defeat and keep on trying arrive; and the world cries, "Bravo! I knew you could do it!" The hidden guide lets no one enjoy great achievement without passing the persistence test. Those who can't take it simply do not make the grade..

Those who can "take it" are bountifully rewarded for their persistence. They receive, as their compensation, whatever goal they are pursuing.

Final Judgment Rating:9.0 (again more value based)

Energy Drink Ratings Explained

Crave Energy Drink Review
I don't know about you guys but I have been hearing tons of news about the Crave Energy Drink. Why so much hype for this new drink? Well first off the Crave Energy Drink is a multi level marketing business so there are a lot of crave independent distributors out there trying to earn a living selling this stuff. That's right one packet is about $1.50 and you get two servings from it. Second, it is a cheap, healthier alternative to your normal every day sugar laden energy drink. Third it is really portable as it comes in a tiny .18 ounce packet that is ready (it only has 9 calories and 1 gram of sugar per serving) to mix into 8 ounces of water. Fourth, it is also supposed to be a fat burner. Now I don't know whether or not this is true. I am only going to try the one packet so there is no way of me finding scientific evidence that supports this claim. Fifth it is supposed to be all natural. I am sure I am missing a couple points about this beverage but I am pretty much just here to tell you how it performs in the taste and kick category. If you want more information on becoming a crave independent distributor, making money off of crave, or company information this might not be the site for you. So enough fluff and onto the review of the Crave Energy Drink.

Crave Energy Drink Review: Taste
So with all this fuss and hype, does the drink actually taste good? Well I followed the directions on the packet and poured roughly half of the packet into 8 ounces of bottled water. Now I have had experience with other ED's that you have to mix into water and they were not that pleasant as they usually did not mix well. However, after only a couple shakes of the water bottle, Crave quickly dissolved. This made me happy because I knew that in the middle of a drink I would not get any chunks of powder (like I did with A.C.T. Alright, back to the taste aspect. To sum it up the Crave Energy Drink has a smooth lime taste to it. There is no carbonation (unless you plan on mixing it with a carbonated beverage) and their is no bitter aftertaste. It actually tasted somewhat comparable to a Hi-C Ecto-Cooler except without all the sugary aftertaste. To sum up I was pretty pleased. I was expecting no taste and a clumpy mix and Crave delivered way better results. Taste Rating - 8.8

Crave Energy Drink Review: Kick
Alright the taste was way better than I was expecting, but how is the kick going to perform? Well from what I could gather from the packet the energy ingredients include caffeine, guarana, taurine, green tea, b-vitamins, hoodia and a **fat burning complex**. Now I have no idea what amount of each of these is actually in here, but I do know that caffeine and guarana are available in very potent powder forms. I also know that after drinking the packet I did feel a surge of energy. Now it was not an over the top kick like some of the 500 + milligram ED's that I have had, but it was noticeable and well sustained. I believe it lasted for about 2-3hours which is not bad at all, especially when you consider the value you are getting. $1.50 is the cost of a whole packet. So a half packet at roughly $0.38 got me 2-3 hours of energy. Take the whole packet at $1.50 and you should get roughly 4-5 hours of energy. Again, not bad for the price. Also, when you consider that there was no sugary crash, the value becomes even better. Kick Rating - 9.0 (more points based on value)

Crave Energy Drink Review: Final Judgment
After trying this drink I think I can shed some more light on all the hype I discussed in the opening paragraph. Yes, it's still a multi-level marketing business and sure some Crave independent distributors will make quite a bit of money (especially since they have a good product to sell). Second, it is cheap and it seems to be healthy as it only has one gram of sugar and nine calories. At $1.50 for two serving giving you about 4-5 hours of energy, it's a pretty good deal. Yes, it is portable. You could probably take 50 of these in place of one regular 16 ounce ED. The fourth aspect of being a fat burner I can not weigh in on as I only tried it once. However, it did seem to curb my appetite slightly. Fifth - it looks to be all natural, but I can't be precise on that factor either as I don't know what they are considering to be "all natural." It does have artificial coloring which does not seem to be natural to me, but I could be wrong (it has happened two other times now). So sure there was a lot of hype and a lot of promises made by this company, but it seems that they have lived up to most of them as far as I can tell. Final Judgment - 9.0

The Cookie Lady

Ever had a Mrs. Field's Chocolate Chip cookie? Ymmmm?!
When you think of Mrs. Fields, do you see a grandmotherly type woman churning out trays of cookies in her hot kitchen. Think again. Let me tell you the story of Debbie Fields...
Debbie was only 19 years old when she reached a cross-roads in her life. She was married to a well-known Economist and Futurist, and had quit work to play the role of a conventional wife. She hadn't expected her decision to deal such a hard blow to her self-esteem. No one seemed to think she had anything to offer - including herself.
One night, at a party, things reached a head. People were falling all over themselves to talk to her husband - they were treating her like she was an absolute zero, walking away from her in most conversations. Until the party host approached her - She tried to talk to him, answering his barrage of questions. She tried to appear sophisticated, urbane and clever - failing miserably at her attempt to be something she wasn't.
Her host finally asked, "What do you intend to do with your life?
Debbie was a nervous wreck at this point. She blurted out, "Well, I'm mostly trying to get orientated."
Her host looked at her with digust. "The word is oriented," he snapped. "There is no such word as orientated. Why don't you learn to use the English language?" He spat out his words and walked away.
Well, you can imagine - Debbie was crushed. She cried all the way home. But somewhere, in the middle of all the tears, she made a decision. She would never, never, NEVER let something like that happen again. She was done living in someone else's shadow. She would find something of her own.
But what?!
The only thing Debbie was really good at was making cookies. She had been baking and experimenting with recipes since was 13. She'd add more butter; use less flour; or try different kinds of chocolate. She'd finally hit on a recipe that she believed was ideal. Her cookies were soft, buttery and crammed with chocolate chips.
She realized she had to use her gifts so Debbie decided to open a cookie store. Every single person in her life told her it wouldn't work. No one believed in her.
It didn't matter. On August 18,1977, when Debbie was 20, she opened her first store. No one came. By noon she was desperate. She stared at the empty store and decided if she was going to go out of business, she would at least do it in style.
Debbie loaded up a tray of cookies and went out in to her shopping arcade, trying to give away cookies. No one would take them. She figured she had nothing to lose at this point, so she headed out to the street. She begged, pleaded and wheedled until people finally took her samples. She smiled as their faces lit up.
She went back to the store and sold cookies to the people who had followed her wanting more. By the end of the day she had sold $50 worth. The next day she sold $75 worth.
The rest is Cookie History...?
Debbie Fields is now the owner of over 600 stores - with sales in the multi-millions. She is also the mother of 5. She did indeed find something of her own!
You will face obstacles. You will face people who don't believe in your dreams. So what? It's YOUR life. It will become what YOU decide to make it.
Right now - TODAY - you have gifts that can make a difference in how you live your life. How will you use them? What will you do? It's up to you.

A Crave Testimonial Extravaganza! JANUARY 4TH 2008

Prior to getting started in Vitamark I was a major skeptic when it came to energy drinks. They did nothing for me except make me shaky and nauseated. So imagine my skepticism when Vitamark announced that we were getting an energy drink! Yeah!
Once again Vitamark has made a believer out of me. Since drinking the energy drink I have very high energy, and can get so much more done. The other day I was so energetic I swept my entire lower level, mopped, straightened up and dusted, all the while carrying a conversation over the phone with one of my affiliates. And I did it all in record time -- 30 minutes -- which is a record for me because I HATE HOUSEWORK! I will find any reason and am easily distracted when it comes time to do it. LOL
The other day while driving very early in the morning I found myself falling asleep at the wheel. I could barely hold my eyes open. At stop lights I would rest my eyes, and that was scary. I immediately poured my pack of Crave into my water bottle, and shook and drank it. Within 10 minutes I was wide awake and alert! I had a ton of energy. So much energy in fact that it lasted a full eight hours! I didn't feel any crash and wasn't shaky at all. And just eight hours later CRAVED another. Unfortunately for me I was up until 11:30 that night.
The only precaution I can give is DON'T TAKE CLOSE TO BEDTIME MAY CAUSE INTENSE ENERGY AND PREVENT YOU FROM SLEEPING!
I love this stuff!

A Crave Testimonial Extravaganza! JANUARY 4TH 2008

I am so excited to get my first order of Crave Energy Drink. I had been calling the post office everyday to see if it had arrived. I went last night to pick up my daughter's passport and tried again. The girl at the counter said "so it is you that has been calling everyday for the past week". I said "Yes it is, I am so excited." She said "Penny it is here!" Well, I can not tell you the excitement that I was feeling and trying not to jump up and down or freak out.
I took the parcel home trying not to open it because I had made a promise to myself that I would not open it till everyone was there and we opened it together. So my family knew it was the Crave and they kept saying why are you not opening it and I said well, we need to video the opening. Plus, I wanted to try it when we opened it. It is too late to take Crave from what I had heard. It was 9:15 PM and I did not want to be up all night. Anyways, they talked me into it and wow we all tried it.
The box is very appealing and the packets are so small and just really all of it catches your eye. I love the taste it is like Kool-Aid and it was a refreshing taste. Needless to say it was so good, two of us drank another one so we could see if it really worked. Well, I think we finally got to sleep around 4 AM or later and then went to a deep sleep. I was late for work this morning and tired, so took another Crave when I came to work. It woke me up!
Today is Friday and I usually go to Cycle fit at noon to make sure I get my exercise in. With my busy schedule I jump on every chance I can to get to the gym. Today was very special since I had Crave with me at work. (It displays very well on my desk!) I try to do Cycle fit about 4-5 times a week and some weeks it does not happen. I have only gone a couple times in the past two weeks due to Christmas so I thought, I am going to be wiped more than usual. I took another Crave during the class and made sure I finished in the first 5 minutes. My usual feelings are 10-15 minutes into the class I am wondering, why I am doing this and I am exhausted. Not today! Even after class I am usually starving and ready to drop when I get back in the car. Around 2 PM I am ready for a coffee because I am falling asleep at my desk. Today, I feel like a million bucks and could keep going. I am so excited! I did not get any crashes, headaches or jitters.
This is amazing! I can't wait to do more testing. But I wanted to share what I have felt so far with not even having it for 24 hours yet.
Thank You Vitamark ! I love Crave Energy!

Crave Is My First Energy Drink

http://coachme.CraveBigMoney.com

Dear Jana:

I am 50 years old and had never ever tried an energy drink. Oh yes, I drink plenty of coffee to get me going in the morning or keep me moving after lunch. However, I never tried anything marketed as an "energy drink". Â As the Crave pre-launch evolved, I kept learning more and more about energy drinks by talking to people that drink them on a daily basis. By the time I received my Crave on December 19th, I was so ready to try it.

I decided to see how it would affect my workout. So, about 15 minutes before working out, I poured half of the stick pack in 16 oz of water and drank it. The first thing I noticed while doing my DVD was that when I got to the leg lunge section, where I usually do 2 or 3 and take a water break because I physically can't do more, I was able to complete the entire set of 15. Was not sure what to think at that point, was I getting better or was Crave working? Since I did not workout the day before, after completing the DVD, I decided to go to the gym (across the street) and do the treadmill for at least 30 minutes. I always pick the treadmill with the jog track on it so I can calculate and see how far I have gone. My normal routine is to walk at a pace of 3.5 to 3.7 for 1/4 mile and then to jog at a pace of 4.5 for as far as I can into the 1/4 mile. I usually end up jogging for aobut 1/8 of a mile.

This day, on my first jog session, I completed the entire 1/4 mile and was not even out of breath. Then I knew it was Crave helping me. I did another 1/4 walk at a pace of 3.9. My next jog session I decided to see how far could I really go. I completed 1/2 of a mile at a pace of 5.0! I was shocked. I proceeded to do another walk of 1/4 mile at 3.9 and one more jog to see how far I could go after working out for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Again I was able to go 1/2 mile at a pace of 5.0. I cooled down and felt awesome.

As I was leaving the gym, the guy at the desk that usually checks us in, stopped me and commented, "I have never seen you workout so intense." I proceeded to tell him about Crave and brought him back a sample to try for himself.Â

Thanks for an awesome product,
